Training & Capacity Building

We enable partners to enhance their skills, knowledge and capacity to increase the effectiveness of their work and build organizational resilience. Our training programmes are user-focussed and modules are co-created through careful analysis of the partner’s goals and needs. Our intersectional and inclusive approach enables our training programmes to be easily adapted by organizations.

Our work includes-

  • Developing need-based and issue-based training designs
  • Developing training toolkits, modules, manuals and programmes
  • Issue specific strategy for capacity enhancement (youth leadership, gender sensitization, gender- based violence, livelihoods, communications, organisational development, resource mobilisation, on-ground and online campaigns)
  • Instructional design and facilitation
