Charul Kaushik is a seasoned development sector professional with over a decade of experience in the gender space, specializing in the design, review, and delivery of rights-based, feminist, and gender-transformative curricula. She has worked extensively on thematic areas such as Gender Equality, EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion), Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), and Positive Masculinities, ensuring content is contextually relevant and grounded in intersectionality. Her program design approach prioritizes participatory learning and inclusive pedagogy, particularly for marginalized women, youth, persons with disabilities, and low-literacy communities. Skilled in qualitative research methods, Charul uses focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and participatory tools to inform and refine program content. She has partnered with INGOs, local NGOs, and multilateral agencies across Asia and Africa, and is currently consulting on a gender-transformative intervention in Uganda.
