Holding a PhD in Economics, Alok brings rigour and nuance to complex impact challenges — spanning livelihoods, sustainability, climate change, value-chain development, and finance-linked programming across South Asia.
Over the years, he has worked closely with government institutions, financial bodies, non-governmental organizations, and international agencies including the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Rural Development, GIZ and the International Finance Corporation - giving him a rare ability to bridge policy, finance, and grassroots realities.
At Partnering4Change, he leads the training and capacity building team, bringing his breadth of experience to co-create solutions that land.
